Koncepcja studiów ma na celu pogłębienie i ugruntowanie wiedzy w zakresie aktualnych zasad i trendów zarządzania bezpieczeństwem, z uwzględnieniem prawa żywnościowego Unii Europejskiej oraz wytycznych Wspólnej Polityki Rolnej. Studia adresowane są do pracowników wszystkich zakładów sektora spożywczego, audytorów i kandydatów na audytorów systemów funkcjonujących w przemyśle spożywczym, specjalistów ds. jakości i przedstawicieli kierownictwa w zakresie nadzorowania systemów zarządzania bezpieczeństwem i jakością w całym łańcuchu żywnościowym oraz osób planujących podjąć pracę w sektorze spożywczym.
