Studia podyplomowe Systemy zarządzania bezpieczeństwem i jakością żywności (SZBJZ) to studia zaprojektowane dla osób zainteresowanych bezpieczeństwem i jakością żywności. Koncepcja kształcenia na studiach podyplomowych ma na celu rozszerzenie i ugruntowanie wiedzy z zakresu zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa w produkcji i dystrybucji żywności oraz systemów zarządzania bezpieczeństwem i jakością żywności.
