Microbiological techniques and management systems in industrial practice

2026/27, postgraduate study, part-time studies

Studia podyplomowe skierowane są do wszystkich osób zainteresowanych zapewnieniem bezpieczeństwa mikrobiologicznego, higieny i jakości w przemyśle spożywczym, farmaceutyczny, kosmetycznym, itp. Koncepcja studiów ma na celu pozyskanie, pogłębienie i ugruntowanie wiedzy w zakresie metod  mikrobiologicznych oraz zasad systemowych do zapewnienia higieny, bezpieczeństwa i powtarzalnej jakości wyrobów i usług. Studia adresowane są szczególnie do pracowników laboratoriów przy zakładach produkcyjnych oraz laboratoriów zewnętrznych, osób chcących podjąć pracę w laboratoriach mikrobiologicznych, jak również osób odpowiedzialnych za zapewnienie i zarządzanie procesami wytwarzania produktów spożywczych, farmaceutycznych czy kosmetycznych w kontekście zapewnienia odpowiedniego stanu sanitarnego, bezpieczeństwa mikrobiologicznego i powtarzalnej jakości.
