Lean Management and Lean Green

2024/25, postgraduate study, part-time studies

Celem studiów jest dostarczenie wiedzy i praktycznych umiejętności niezbędnych do wdrażania usprawnień w firmach produkcyjnych i usługowych za pomocą koncepcji Lean, a także w zakresie środowiska i gospodarki odpadami (Lean Green). Stosowanie koncepcji Lean umożliwia uzyskanie przewagi konkurencyjnej opartej na sprawdzonych wzorcach biznesowych. Obecnie koncepcja ta cieszy się dużą popularnością, ponieważ firmy dążąc do podnoszenia efektywności ukierunkowują się na eliminację różnego rodzaju marnotrawstwa i obniżkę kosztów realizacji procesów.
