2024/25, postgraduate study, part-time studies

Celem studiów jest rozwinięcie kompetencji nauczycieli szkół podstawowych i ponadpodstawowych w zakresie wiedzy i umiejętności niezbędnych do nauczania przedmiotu „Edukacja zdrowotna”. Uzyskanie tych kwaliﬁkacji przez nauczycieli pozwoli w konsekwencji na ukształtowanie wiedzy i umiejętności uczniów, uczestniczących w zajęciach lekcyjnych z tego przedmiotu, w zakresie holistycznie rozumianej dbałości o zdrowie na wszystkich etapach rozwoju psychosomatycznego człowieka. Program studiów podyplomowych pn. „Edukacja zdrowotna” obejmuje przedmioty o tematyce związanej z prawidłowym odżywianiem w aspekcie zdrowia jednostki, otoczenia i środowiska; aktywnością ﬁzyczną; zdrowiem psychicznym i ﬁzycznym; proﬁlaktyką chorób dietozależnych; higieną cyfrową; promocją zdrowego stylu życia; zaburzeniami odżywiania; edukacją seksualną oraz proﬁlaktyką zagrożeń i uzależnień.
